See response from my contact at NOAA for the Missouri River basin
forecast. We are looking at an average flood risk this spring. See the

Jason,
We just issued the Spring Flood Outlook for 2014 on February 21st. The
Missouri River will see an average flood risk for Spring 2014, although
minor flooding is possible along the Missouri River downstream of
Kansas City.

engineer for in regards to Missouri River forecast for this flood
season. Is the forecast up, down, or average for this flood season?
