Board members,
I am sending you the recent set of Affinis invoices. As you
review the invoices, please consider the following comments:
Invoice # 5646 shows services on the Missouri American Water
project and the Magellan Pipeline Relocation. Statements will be sent
to each company for reimbursement for these services.
Invoice # 5647 shows Levee District miscellaneous services
which will be paid from budgeted funds. The services relating to the Q1
Deficiency will be paid from L-385 Reserve Funds. The remaining
services will be billed to KCP&L and Argosy for reimbursement.
Invoice # 5648 shows services on the Southern Star
Relocation and the American Bridge project. Invoices will be sent to
these companies for reimbursement payment.
The last item listed on Invoice # 5647 relates to services
on a new Argosy Sewer Line project. Jason Davis is working with
Argosy’s designer to assist in the preparation of plans for the project.
Jason advised me that the work will be located in the Flood Protection
Levee Easement. Therefore, the project must be approved by the Board.
I have spoken with Ben about the project and he has been in
communication with Greg Personelli at Argosy to discuss certain aspects
of the project. Although I am not certain of the timeline for getting
the project plans approved, I have suggested that Argosy make a
presentation to the Board at the meeting on January 20th.
If you have any questions regarding the invoices, please
contact me. Thank you.
