A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM JAMES AND LILLIE
TRIMBLE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Riverside Board of Aldermen ("Board") hereby accepts the quit-claim
deed, in substantially the form attached hereto, from James and Lillie Craig Trimble,
and further authorizes the Mayor to execute such documents on behalf of the City; and
FURTHER THAT the City Clerk, or her designee, is hereby authorized and
directed to file a fully executed copy of the quit-claim deed with the Recorder of Deeds
in Platte County; and
FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, the City Attorney and other
appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be
deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this
Resolution and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates,
instruments, agreements and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to
perform all matters herein authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri, the 30-day of 2016.

corporation,2950 N.W. Vivion Road, Riversi e, Missouri 64150, Grantee.
WITNESSETH: In consideration of the payment of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND
OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION ($10.00 & O.V.C.), the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Grantors do hereby REMISE, RELEASE, AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to
Grantee, a tract of land, lying situated and being in the County of Platte, State of Missouri, to
wit:
A tract of land being part of Lot C of the Resurvey of Block 2, Indian Hills First Addition,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 1 of the Platte County Missouri
Records,having acquired title to said tract of land by deed recorded in Book 772, Page 725 of
the Platte County Records.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, with all and singular rights, immunities,
privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever, so that neither Grantors nor their heirs, nor any other person or persons, for them or in
their name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the
aforementioned premises or any part thereof, but they and each of them shall, by these presents,
be excluded and forever barred.
