SPECIAL SESSION
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Tuesday, June 14, 2016
6:30 p.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on Tuesday,
June 14, 2016.
Mayor Kathy Rose called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Those in attendance were
Aldermen Aaron Thatcher, Art Homer, Al Bowman, Chet Pruett, Ron Super, and Frank
Biondo.
Also present were City Administrator Greg Mills, City Clerk Robin Kincaid, Community
Development Assistant Sarah Wagner, Public Works Director Tom Wooddell, Community
Development Director Mike Duffy, City Planner Jackie Carlson, City Engineer Travis Hoover,
Finance Director Donna Resz, Major Chris Skinrood, Fire Chief Gordy Fowlston, Fire Marshal
Keith Payne, Emergency Management Supervisor Mike Shelton, Recreation Supervisor Lori
Boji, and Finance Administrative Assistant Jennifer Enna.
TOWN HALL @ 6:30 P.M. Mayor Kathy Rose welcomed those in attendance and explained
MEETING the format of stations for each department within the city and that
residents were to go to those of interest and ask questions or
gather information as needed.
Mayor Rose, at 7:30 p.m. asked the residents remaining to be
seated and ask for any further questions. There were no further
questions from the residents and they gave approval of the format
for this meeting and said it was valuable to them. Mayor Rose
thanked staff for their hard work and preparation for this evening's
meeting. Thank you to Special Counsel Joe Bednar for being at
the meeting.
City Administrator Greg Mills shared his appreciation of those that
attended this evening and thanked city staff for doing tremendous
work, not just for this meeting but every day.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Mayor Rose announced the meeting be adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
