Boazd of Aldermen of City of Riverside, Missouri
August 30, 2005
A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, was held in the
City Hall, of Riverside, Missouri, on August 30, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
Those in attendance were Mayor Betty Burch, Aldermen Looker, Legaard, Super, and Beazd and
Jones and Darata.
Also present were, David Blackburn, City Administrator, Chief Greg Mills, Brent Miles, Planning,
Zoning and Community Development Coordinator and John McClelland, City Attorney's office.
Skate Board Update Julie Rule, Kathy Rose and Ron Cazlson, Park Board members were present
to speak to the board about the proposed skate board pazk in the city.
Information was distributed to the board members.
Closed Session Aldem~an Darata moved to go into closed Session pursuant to RSMO
at 7:30 p.m. 610.021(1)Legal and RSMo 610.021(2) Real Estate with the city attorney,
seconded by Alderman Jones, the vote was:
Aye: Aldermen Beazd, Super, Legaard, Looker, Jones and Darata.
Motion carries.
Open Session Aldem~an Jones moved to go into open Session at 9:53 p.m., seconded
at 9:53 p.m. by Alderman Looker, the vote was:
Aye: Aldermen Darata, Jones, Beard, Looker, Legaard and Super.
Motion carries.
Adjournment By unanimous decision, the meeting adjourned at 9:53 p.m.
