ORDINANCE N0.2008-33
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AND
APPROVING MONTABELLA FIRST SUBDIVISION PLAT SUBMITTED BY NORTH
RIVER HOLDINGS
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Riverside, Missouri
(the "Commission") considered the first subdivision plat (the "Plat") submitted by North River Holdings
for a tract of land, a legal description of which is included in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property"),
at its meeting on February 14, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the Commission recommended approval of the Plat on February 14, 2008; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri:
Section 1. The Board of Aldermen approves the Montabella first subdivision plat submitted by
North River Holdings, conditioned upon the final signing and recording thereof, which is to take place
upon confirmation that there are no liens or encumbrances upon the property to be dedicated to the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
