Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610.021(1)Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys 610.021 (2)Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore REGULAR SESSION (7:00 p.m.) Call to Order Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Public Comments - Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non" agenda items. However,any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be taken at that time. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed,it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda. R-2017-022: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 WEEK ENDING APRIL 21ST AND APRIL 28TH IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,047,321.28. R-2017-023: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 BUDGET FOR THE DEBT SERVICE FUND, AND THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI. R-2017-026: A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRENT MILES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HORIZONS BUSINESS PARK ASSOCIATION AND REAPPOINTING STACI BUNDY TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HORIZONS BUSINESS PARK ASSOCIATION. First Reading: Bill No. 2017-034: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF DAVID TAYLOR AS A FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER I IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND START DATE FOR SUCH EMPLOYEE.
