A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FRANK BIONDO TO THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Riverside, Missouri ("IDA')was
created pursuant to Chapter 349 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the ByLaws of the IDA provide for the appointment of members to the Board of
Directors by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, Frank Biondo shall be appointed to the Board of Directors of the Industrial
Development Authority of the City of Riverside to fill a six (6) year term expiring on March 2023, or
until such time as a successor is appointed and qualified; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to appoint Frank Biondo to the position on the Board of
Directors of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Riverside; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and ratify
such appointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Frank Biondo, Ward III, 3706 NW South Drive, Riverside Missouri; is hereby appointed
by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the Board of Directors of the
Industrial Development Authority of the City of Riverside, Missouri to a six (6) year term and expiring
on March of 2023, or until a successor is duly appointed and ratified;
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, the 2nd day of May, 2017.
