HomeMy WebLinkAbout2007-136 - Approval of Final Subdivision Plat Submitted by JJJ Enterprisesr BILL NO. 2007-136 ORDINANCE NO. 2007-136 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AND APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT SUBMITTED BY JJJ ENTERPRISES FOR BELGIAN BOTTOMS BUSINESS PARK LOT 2A, BUILDING 1 WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Riverside, Missouri (the "Commission ") considered the final subdivision plat (the "Plat') submitted by JJJ Enterprises, a legal description of which is included in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property"), at its meeting on November 29, 2007; and WHEREAS, the Commission recommended approval of the Plat on November 29, 2007; and WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri considered the Plat and the recommendation of the Commission at its meeting on December 11, 2007; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri: Section 1 . The Board of Aldermen approves the final subdivision plat submitted by JJJ Enterprises, conditioned upon the final signing and recording thereof, which is to take place upon confirmation that there are no liens or encumbrances upon the property to be dedicated to the City.
