A RESOLUTION SELECTING CONFLUENCE COMPANY, INC. FOR PARK MASTER
PLANNING SERVICES PERTAINING TO E.H. YOUNG RIVERFRONT PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Riverside, Missouri needs and desires a qualified
professional firm to provide a needs/opportunity analysis, design development, and
master plan for E.H. Young Riverfront Park; and
WHEREAS, the City advertised a Request for Qualifications for Park Master
Planning Services ("RFQ"); and
WHEREAS, several consulting firms submitted in response to the RFQ; and
WHEREAS, the submitted responses have been evaluated and the Board of
Aldermen hereby determines that Confluence Company, Inc. is the firm that best meets
the City's needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Confluence Company, Inc. is hereby selected as the firm to provide park
master planning services related to E.H. Young Riverfront Park, subject to executing a
professional services agreement to be approved by the Board of Aldermen. City staff is
hereby directed to negotiate a professional services agreement with Confluence
Company, Inc. to be presented to the Board of Aldermen for approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen the 19th day of December,
