A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING RICK EUWER TO THE BOARD OF ZONING
ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the City, pursuant to the Unified Development Ordinance, Section
400.170 of the Municipal Code Book for the City of Riverside, Missouri; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustment shall consist of five (5) citizen members
appointed by; and
WHEREAS, Section 400.170 of the Municipal Code requires that the Mayor appoint
the members representing the City and that the Board of Aldermen approve such
appointments; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to re-appoint Rick Euwer to the position on the Board
of Zoning Adjustment, where his term expires in February 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen finds it is in the best interest of the city to
approve and ratify such re-appointment as proposed by the Mayor:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
THAT Rick Euwer, 4936 NW High Drive, (Ward 3), Riverside Missouri; is hereby re-
appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the Board of
Zoning Adjustment of Riverside, Missouri to a five (5) year term and expiring in February of
2018, or until a successor is duly appointed and ratified;
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor
of the City of Riverside, Missouri, the Lday of May, 2018
