A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING WILLIAM BRAY TO THE PARK BOARD OF RIVERSIDE
MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Park Board provides for the appointment of
seven (7) citizen members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, the service of the members of the board is limited to no more than two
consecutive four-year terms by the Park Board By-Laws; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the re-appointment of William Bray to fulfill the first
full term, which will expire May 2022, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and ratify
such re-appointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the re-appointment of William Bray, Ward III, 4807 NW Hillside Drive, Riverside,
Missouri; is hereby appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the
Park Board to fulfill his first full term, expiring in May 2022, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, the 15th day of May 2018.
