during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non_
anendg items. However,any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda
item which has a Public Hearin should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be
taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes.
LEGISLATIVE SESSION
1. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be
enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these
items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.

R-2018-087: A RESOLUTION GRANTING AND APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A
PROXY FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING OF LANDOWNERS OF RIVERSIDE-QUINDARO
BEND LEVEE DISTRICT; DIRECTING THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI TO EXECUTE A PROXY RELATED THERETO,
AND AUTHORIZING SUCH OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS IN

3. First Reading: Bill No. 2018-035: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT
OF KOLIN BURGESS AS A PART-TIME FIREFIGHTER IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
AND ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND START DATE FOR SUCH EMPLOYEE. Point of

4. First Reading: Bill No. 2018-040: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT
OF DEBRA ZINK AS A PART-TIME ASSISTANT COURT CLERK IN THE MUNICIPAL
COURT DEPARTMENT AND ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND START DATE FOR SUCH

5. Motion to approve Picnic Not-for-Profit Liquor License Contingent upon State of Missouri
