Minutes of Special Meeting of
Board of Aldermen of City of Riverside, Missouri
March 30, 2004
A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, was held in the
City Hall, of Riverside, Missouri, March 30, 2004 at 7:00 p.m.
Those in attendance were Mayor Betty Burch, Aldermen Burris, Looker, Dazata, Legaazd, Super
and Beard.
Also present were, David Blackburn, City Administrator, Matt Kitzi, City Attorney's office.
Bill No. 2004-28 Alderman Beazd moved to place Bill No. 2004-28 on its first reading, said

Ordinance No. 2004-28 Alderman Bums moved to place Bill No. 2004-28 on its second reading
Approved and upon passage of same become Ordinance No. 2004-28, seconded by
Alderman Looker, the vote was:
Aye: Aldermen Looker, Beazd, Darata, Legaard and Bums.
No: Alderman Super.
Motion carries.
Bill No. 2004-29 Alderman Burns moved to table Bill No. 2004-29, said Bill authorizing
Author. the Mayor to the Mayor to execute an agreement by and between the City of Riverside,

Motion for Closed Alderman Bums moved that the meeting go into closed session,
Session at 8:00 p.m. pursuant to RSMo 610.021(1) for discussion of Legal Issues, with the City
Attorney, seconded by Alderman Darata, and the vote was:
Aye: Alderman Beard, Dazata, Burns, Super, Looker and Legaazd.
Motion Carries.
Motion for Open Alderman Looker moved that the meeting go into open session at
Session at 8:25 p.m. seconded by Alderman Dazata, and the vote was:
Aye: Alderman Burns, Looker, Dazata, Legaard, Beazd and Super.
Motion Carries.
