ORDINANCE NO.2006-51
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTION
HELD ON APRIL 4, 2006.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a
certificate of election declaring the results of the 2006 Riverside General Municipal
Election to be as follows:
MAYOR

SECTION 2: The Platte County Boazd of Election Commissioners has issued a
certificate of election and duly elected officials of the City do
ratify the election of said officials except candidates in Wazd III,
there will be a special election date set to determine which
candidate is elected to the office of Alderman.
