A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING LOWELL HICKMAN TO THE BOARD OF ZONING
ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Board of Zoning Adjustment provides for the
appointment of five (5) citizen members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen;-and
WHEREAS, the service of the members of the board is a five (5) year term with no term limits;
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the re-appointment of Lowell Hickman to a five year term,
expiring in July 2024, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and ratify
such re-appointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the re-appointment of Lowell Hickman, Ward III, 3601 NW 50th Street, Riverside
Missouri; is hereby appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the
Board of Zoning Adjustment Board to a five year term expiring in July 2024, or until a successor is
duly appointed; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, the 16th day of April 2019.
