SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Tuesday, April 30, 2019
6:00 p.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on Tuesday,
April 30, 2019.
Mayor Kathy Rose called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor
Kathy Rose, Alderman Al Bowman, Nathan Cretsinger, Mike Fuller, Aaron Thatcher, Sal
LoPorto, and Alderman Jill Hammond.
Also present were City Administrator Brian Koral, City Clerk Robin Kincaid, Community
Development Director Mike Duffy, Finance Director Donna Oliver, City Engineer Travis
Hoover, and City Planner Sarah Wagner. Also present was Special Counsel Joe Bednar.
MOTION TO ENTER INTO Alderman Thatcher moved that the meeting go into closed
CLOSED @ 6:02 p.m. session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (1) Legal Action and
litigation, and RSMo 610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase or sale of
real estate, and RSMo 610.021(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or
promoting a particular employee, when personal information
about the employee is discussed, second by Alderman LoPorto.
Yes: Thatcher, LoPorto, Fuller, Bowman, Cretsinger, and
Hammond.
Motion carried 6-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Hammond moved at 6:26 p.m. to adjourn closed
CLOSED @ 6:26 P.M. session with action taken, second by Alderman Cretsinger.
Yes: Hammond, Cretsinger, Bowman, Fuller, LoPorto, and
Thatcher.
Motion carried 6-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Bowman moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:28 p.m.,
second by Alderman LoPorto.
Yes: Bowman, LoPorto, Thatcher, Hammond, Fuller, and
Cretsinger.
Motions carried 6-0.
