HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-2019-062 Right of Way Deed from F. Adam Edwards Belton Street Project RESOLUTION NO. R-2019-062 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A RIGHT OF WAY DEED FROM F. ADAM EDWARDS FOR THE BELTON STREET PROJECT WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen finds it to be a public purpose and in the best interest of the public to acquire certain property further described herein in connection with construction and maintenance of the Belton Street Project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Board of Aldermen ("Board") hereby approves and accepts the Right of Way Deed, in substantially the form attached hereto, from F.Adam Edwards; and FURTHER THAT compensation in the amount of $10.00 for the Right of Deed is hereby approved to acquire such Right of Way; and FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, the City Attorney and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.
