A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF 2 CANON MULTIFUNCTION
PRINTERS FROM ALL COPY PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, two of the City's copier and printer machines (located in Public Safety and
City Hall) recently stopped functioning properly; and
WHEREAS, the City has identified a Canon multifunction printer as a suitable
replacement for the machines, and it is available through the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative
Purchasing Organization.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Board of Aldermen approves the purchase of two Canon Imagerunner
Advance C5550i III multifunction printers, in accordance with the attached equipment
specification and quote, in the total amount of$18,190 ($9,095 each), provided further that one
of the machines shall have an additional three-hole punch feature included at a cost not-to-
exceed$1,000; and
FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, and other appropriate City
officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or
convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri,the 2nd day of July 2019.
