A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF INCODE SOFTWARE FOR
PERMITTING, CODE ENFORCEMENT, AND LICENSING FROM TYLER TECHNOLOGIES
FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,000 FOR SUCH PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City has a need for an upgrade of software and related services from Tyler
Technologies in the Community Development Department; and
WHEREAS, The City of Riverside in the adoption of its purchasing policy requires all
expenditures in excess of$10,000 to be presented to the Board of Aldermen for approval and the
invoices for the Incode Permitting, Code Enforcement, and Licensing software by Tyler
Technologies comes to a total expense of $12,000.00. These fees have been evaluated by city
staff and are recommended that they are needed for use by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the City to approve such
software purchase for the Community Development Department;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the invoices of Tyler Technologies for Incode Permitting, Code Enforcement, and
Licensing for the Community Development Department in the amount of$12,000.00 are hereby
accepted and approved; and
FURTHER THAT the Mayor and/ or City Administrator is hereby authorized to execute
all documents necessary or incidental to carry out the terms and conditions of such award and
the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of
the City of Riverside, Missouri, the 1(D day of , 2019.
