Boazd of Aldermen of City of Riverside, Missouri
June 23, 2004
A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, was held in the
City Hall, of Riverside, Missouri, June 23, 2004 at 5:30 p.m.
Those in attendance were Mayor Betty Burch, Looker, Legaard, Super, Bums, Dazata and Beard.
Also present was, David Blackburn, City Administrator.
Bill No. 2004-62 Alderman Beazd made a motion to table Bill No. 2004-62 said Bill
Approving costs for approving costs of the Stop Log Structure and the Bridge Piers,
Stop Log Structure Authorizing and Directing the Payment thereof, and approving other documents
Tabled and actions relating thereto, seconded by Alderman Legaard, the
vote was:
Aye: Aldermen Beard, Burris, Looker, Legaazd, Super and Darata.
Motion carries.
Bill No. 2004-61 Alderman Beazd moved to place Bill No. 2004-61 on its first reading

Supplemented Official Statement; and Authorizing and Directing the Taking of
Other Actions and Approval and Execution of Other Documents as Necessary or
Desirable to Carry Out and Comply with the Intent Hereof, seconded by
Alderman Burris, the vote was:
Aye: Aldermen Looker, Legaazd, Super, Dazata, Burris and Beard.
Motion carries.
Ordinance No. 2004-61 Alderman Bums moved to place Bill No. 2004-61 on its second reading,
Approved and upon passage of same become Ordinance No. 2004-61, seconded
by Alderman Beazd, the vote was:
Aye: Aldermen Beazd, Burris, Legaard, Super Looker and Darata.
Motion carries.
Recess A brief recess was called at 7:20 p.m
Reconvened The Mayor and board answered to roll call at 7:28 p.m.
Adjournment By unanimous decision, the meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
