R-2019-109 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR AS THE INTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR WHEREAS, City Code Section 110.090 provides: "The Treasurer shall keep such records and make such reports as may be required by State Statute, the ordinances or the Board of Aldermen. The Director of Finance shall serve as Treasurer."; and WHEREAS, the City's Finance Director has submitted her voluntary resignation; and WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen determines that it is advisable to have someone designated as Interim Finance Director for operational purposes until the position is filled. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Board of Aldermen designates the City Administrator as Interim Finance Director; and FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution.
