AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTION
HELD ON APRIL 25, 2006.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a
certificate of election declaring the results of the 2006 Riverside General Municipal
Election to be as follows:
ALDERMAN WARD III
David Hurt 83
Kurt Eckard 82
SECTION 2: The Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a
certificate of election and duly elected officials of the City do
ratify the election of said official to the respective office.
PASSED THIS 2nd DAY OF MAY 2006.
