ORDINANCE NO.2006-68
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT OF.
CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND
SETTING THE TERM THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN FOR THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the appointment of Mark Salyer, resident of Ward II to a fu•st
(4) year term expiring May 17, 2010.
SECTION 2. That the reappointment of Ray Uhl resident of Ward I to a second
(4) year term expiring May 17, 2010.
SECTION 3. That Alderman David Hurt be appointed as the Board of Alderman
Representative.
PASSED THIS 16th DAY OF MAY 2006.
