Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610.021(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys 610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore 610.021(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a particular employee, when personal information about the employee is discussed Call to Order Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance REGULAR SESSION (7:00 p.m.) Public Comments - Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen during Public Comments ONLY. Public comment on any agenda item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be taken at that time. CONSENT AGENDA LEGISLATIVE SESSION All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented There is no separate discussion of these items, The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda. R-2020-006: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING APPLICATION TO THE PLATTE COUNTY COMMISSION FOR FUNDING UNDER THE PARKS AND RECREATION OUTREACH GRANT PROGRAM, FUNDED BY THE COUNTY -WIDE DEDICATED PARKS AND RECREATION HALF -CENT SALES TAX (LINEAR TRAIL) Point of Contact: Capital Projects/Parks Manager Noel Challis Bennion.
