A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BARRETT MOREHEAD TO THE PLANNING &ZONING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Planning &Zoning Commission is set forth in the
City Code and provides for the appointment of nine (9) Planning & Zoning Commission citizen
members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy to the Planning &Zoning Commission and the need to fill such
vacancy; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to appoint Barrett Morehead to a position on the Planning and
Zoning Commission, with his term expiring in May 2024, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and ratify
such appointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Barrett Morehead, Ward II, 5053 NW Timberline Drive, Riverside Missouri; is hereby
appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the Planning &Zoning
Commission for the term ending in May 2024, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, the 4th day of February 2020.
