R-2020-012 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT OF ENTRY WITH THE RIVERSIDE- QUINDARO BEND LEVEE DISTRICT AND THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Riverside Board of Aldermen hereby approves the Right of Entry by and between the City of Riverside and the Riverside-Quindaro Bend Levee District and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in substantially the form attached hereto, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the document on behalf of the City; FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, City Engineer, and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized; FURTHER THAT this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval. Any damage to the property which results from the entry upon the property granted by this Document shall be repaired and the property shall be restored by the Levee District at its cost.
