A RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT OF ENTRY WITH THE RIVERSIDE-
QUINDARO BEND LEVEE DISTRICT AND THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF
ENGINEERS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE,MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Riverside Board of Aldermen hereby approves the Right of Entry by
and between the City of Riverside and the Riverside-Quindaro Bend Levee District and
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in substantially the form attached hereto, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute the document on behalf of the City;
FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, City Engineer, and other
appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be
deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this
Resolution and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates,
instruments, agreements and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to
perform all matters herein authorized;
FURTHER THAT this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.

RIGHT OF ENTRY
The City of Riverside,Missouri,the owner of the real property located at 4100 NW
Riverside Street,Riverside,Missouri(tax parcel 3D 23-2.0-04-300-093-013,000),does
hereby grant unto the Riverside-Quindaro fiend Levee District of Platte County,Missouri
C"Levee District'),the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers(USACE)and their employees,
contractors and agents,a right of-entry,ingress and egress over and through said property
on the route shown on Exhibit 6W'attached hereto for the purpose of performing test drill
holes for relief well locations within the Levee District-Tight of way near the flood wall
along the cast bank of Line Creek.There ivill be no compensation to the property owner
for the,granting of this right of entry.
Upon execution of this Document,the Levee District,USACE and their agents,
employees,and all persons contracting w=ith either of them and their employees may
make entry upon said property for the above stated purpose until March 31,2020 or the
date of completion of the test drilling whichever date shall first occur.
Any damage to the property which results from the entry upon the property granted by
this Document shall be repaired and the property shall be restored by the Levee District at
its cost.
No claim for damages for wrongffil entry or trespass-shall be made by the property owner
against the Levee District orUSACE.

RIGHT OF ENTRY
The City of Riverside,Missouri,the owner of the real property located at 4200 NW
Riverside Street,Riverside,Missouri(tax parcel ID#23-2.0-04-300-003-011.000),does
hereby grant unto the Riverside-Quindaro Bend Levee District of Platte County,Missouri
("Levee District"),the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USAGE)and their employees,
contractors and agents, a right of entry,ingress and egress over and through said property
on the route shown on Exhibit"A"attached hereto for the purpose of performing test drill
holes for relief well locations within the Levee District right of way near the flood wall
along the east bank of Line Creek. There will be no compensation to the property owner
for the granting of this right of entry.
