SPECIAL WORKSHOP
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Tuesday, January 28, 2020
6:00 p.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on Tuesday,
January 28, 2020.
Mayor Kathy Rose called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor
Kathy Rose, Aldermen AI Bowman, Mike Fuller, Jill Hammond, and Aaron Thatcher.
Alderman Nathan Cretsinger and Alderman Sal LoPorto were absent.
Also present were City Administrator Brian Koral, City Clerk Robin Kincaid, Community
Development Director Mike Duffy, City Planner Sarah Wagner, City Engineer Travis Hoover,
Fire Chief Gordon Fowlston, Police Captain Gary McMullin, and Recreation Supervisor Lori
Boji.
Budget Work Session City Administrator Brian Koral reviewed the PowerPoint
Fiscal Year 2021 presentation and group discussion was held regarding the
2020-2021 Budget, fund balance policy, perspectives for the
coming year, available funds, expenditure assumptions, and
working priorities.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Hammond moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m.,
second by Alderman Thatcher.
Yes;.Hammond, Thatcher, Fuller, and Bowman.
Motions`carried 4-0.
