AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF RAYE SANDERS AS A
MEMBER OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND SETTING THE
TERM THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN FOR THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the appointment of Raye Sanders, resident of Ward II, as a
member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of
Riverside to fill the remaining three (3) years and (3) months, the
unexpired term of Eugene Lively which expires in November, 2009,
be ratified.
