agenda items. However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda
item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be
taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes„

1. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be
enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these
items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.

REGULAR AGENDA
R-2020-026: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF
THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020
WEEKS ENDING APRIL 10TH AND APRIL 17TH IN THE AMOUNT OF $442,205.90. Point

2, BILL NO. 2020-019: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF BRENNER'S
RIDGE THIRD PLAT IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI. Point

3. BILL NO. 2020-020: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE REPLAT
OF THE LOT SPLIT OF TRACT 23 NORTHWOOD ACRES, A SUBDIVISION OF THE

4. BILL NO. 2020-021: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE REPLAT
DOORLINK 1ST PLAT, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, PLATTE COUNTY,

5. R-2020-027: A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER 1 TO THE AGREEMENT
WITH ABCREATIVE, INC. FOR THE 2019 E.H. YOUNG RIVERFRONT PARK
IMPROVEMENTS RESULTING IN A REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $550,686.00
