Boazd of Aldermen of City of Riverside, Missouri
November 30, 2004
A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, was held in the
City Hall, of Riverside, Missouri, November 30, 2004 at 5:15 p.m.
Beard.
Those in attendance were Mayor Burch, Aldermen Bums, Looker, Dazata, Legaard, Super and

Also present were David Blackburn, City Administrator, Matt Kitzi and John McClelland, City
Attorney's office.
Motion for Closed Alderman Beard moved that the meeting go into closed session, pursuant to
Session at 5:15 p.m. RSMo 610.021(2) real estate issues with the city attorney, seconded by
Alderman Super, and the vote was:
Aldermen Beard, Darata, Burris, Super, Looker and Legaard.
Motion carries.
Motion for Open Alderman Looker moved that the meeting go into open session, seconded by
Session at 7:07 p.m. Alderman Legaard, and the vote was:
Aye: Alderman Bums, Beard, Super, Darata, Looker and Legaard.
Motion carries.
Jewel Patek, Jewel Patek, Patek and Associates gave the board a brief
& Associates discussion concerning his lobbying for the city at Jefferson City.
The renewal of Patek and Associates contract was discussed.
Bill No. 2004-107 Alderman Legaard moved to place Bill No. 2004-107 on its first reading,
Author. the city said Bill authorizing the City of Riverside, Missouri to employ
to employ Alonzo Alonzo Echols as full time for janitorial services for the City of
Echols for janitorial Riverside and the salary for this position be set at $10.00 per hour,
services for the city with full benefits and a working test period of (6) months,
seconded by Alderman Legaard, the vote was:
Aye: Aldermen Burns, Super, Dazata, Legaard, Beazd and Looker.
Motion carries.
Ordinance No. 2004-107 Alderman Burris moved to place Bill No. 2004-107 on its second reading,
Approved and upon passage of same become Ordinance No. 2004-107, seconded
by Alderman Super, the vote was:
Aye: Aldermen Beard, Bums, Legaazd, Super Looker and Dazata.
Motion carries.
Adjournment By unanimous decision the meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m.
