AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS ON $25,957,175.14.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: The investment of $4,358,046.50 in Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Association Discount Notes with Commerce Bank at a rate of 2.65% maturing on July 6,
2005.
SECTION 2: The investment of $5,359,226.29 in Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Association Discount Notes with Commerce Bank at a rate of 2.723% maturing on July
27, 2005.
SECTION 3: The investment of $14,999,189.74 in Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Association Discount Notes with Merrill Lynch at a rate of 2.85% maturing on July 20,
2005.
SECTION 4: The investment of $620,431.08 in a Certificate of Deposit at Norbank with
a rate of 1.54% maturing on Apri128, 2005.
SECTION 5: The investment of $620,281.53 in a Certificate of Deposit at Norbank with
a rate of 1.54 % maturing on Apri128, 2005.
