Public Comments - Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of
Aldermen during Public Comments ONLY This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments
regarding agenda and non-agenda items. However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under
advisement. Public comment on any agenda item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the
Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5
minutes.
LEGISLATIVE SESSION
1. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted
by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these items. The Mayor or
a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or
explanation If removed. it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda
No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.

REGULAR AGENDA
2. R-2020-078: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF
THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020
WEEK ENDING AUGUST 7TH AND AUGUST 14TH IN THE AMOUNT OF $335,959.42.

3. First Reading: Bill No. 2020-035: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE
REGARDING HELMET REQUIREMENTS. Point of Contact: Police Chief Chris Skinrood.
4. First Reading: Bill No. 2020-036: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE SALARY IN ORDINANCE 1734 FOR THE APPOINTED CITY PROSECUTOR FOR
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI. Point of Contact: City Administrator Brian Koral.
5. Motion to approve Picnic Not-for-Profit Liquor License Contingent upon State of Missouri
Approval — Riverside Chamber of Commerce, Managing Agent April Roberson for the
Carved Event, October 17, 2020. Point of Contact: City Clerk Robin Kincaid.
6. Motion to approve a liquor license for Package Liquor Sales and Sunday Package Liquor
Sales at Smokes 4 Less; 2705 NW Platte Road. Riverside MO, Managing Agent Paul R.
Francis, contingent upon State of Missouri Approval. Point of Contact: City Clerk Robin
Kincaid.
