AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTION
HELD ON APRIL 26, 2005.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That Platte County Board of Election Commissioners has issued a certificate of
election declaring the results of the 2005 Riverside Special Election to be as
as follows:
ALDERMAN WARD II
Ray Beazd 58 Votes
Patricia Traw 37 Votes
SECTION 2: The Platte County Boazd of Election Commissioners has issued a certificate of
election and duly elected officials of the City do ratify the election of said
official to the respective office.
PASSED THIS 3rd DAY OF MAY, 2005.
