ORDINANCE N0.2005-110
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER OF
THE RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI TAX INCREMENT FINANCING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City, pursuant to the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation
Redevelopment Act, Section 99.800 to 99.865, R.S.Mo., as amended ("Act"), established the
Tax Increment Financing Commission of Riverside, Missouri ("Commission"); and
WHEREAS, the Commission consists of eleven members, six representing the City,
two representing the county, two representing the school district and one representing the
other taxing districts; and
WHEREAS, Section 99.820(2)(3) of the Act requires that the Mayor appoint the
members representing the City and that the Board of Aldermen approve such appointments;
and
WHEREAS, Brad Robertson, one of the members representing the City, resigned
from the Commission; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the Mayor appoint a commissioner for
the vacant position; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed David Hurt to approve the appointment of the
commissioner and his respective term; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Aldermen of
Riverside, Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. The Board of Aldermen does hereby consent to and approve the
appointment of David Hurt to the Commission and that the term of Mr. Hurt, expires
September 17, 2008.
Section 2. The Mayor, the City Administrator or any representatives thereof are
hereby authorized to and shall execute all documents and engage in all activities necessary to
carry out the intent of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 25th DAY OF OCTOBER 2005.
