A RESOLUTION SELECTING AN ARCHITECTURAL FIRM
WHEREAS, the City of Riverside, Missouri needs and desires a qualified professional
architectural firm; and
WHEREAS, the City issued a Request for Qualifications designed to solicit responses
from architectural firms; and
WHEREAS,the City received several statements of qualification from architectural firms,
and, after review of their respective stated qualifications, selected certain firms for an interview,
and conducted such interviews; and
WHEREAS, based on the statements received and the interviews conducted, City staff
recommends that WSKF Architects be selected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WSKF Architects of North Kansas City, Missouri is hereby selected as the City's
consulting architectural firm, subject to executing a professional services agreement to be
approved by the Board of Aldermen. The City Administrator is directed to negotiate a professional
services agreement with this firm to be presented to the Board of Aldermen for its consideration
and approval.
