ORDINANCE N0.2004-32
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PROMOTION OF DOUGLAS
POINDEXTER TO THE RANK OF LIEUTENANT IN THE RIVERSIDE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND SETTING A SALARY FOR SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN FOR THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Douglas Poindexter be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant
with the starting salary of $53,250.00 annually.
Section 2. That Lieutenant Poindexter's effective date will be April 14, 2004.
and a probationary period of one year.
