Notice of Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of
the City of Riverside, Missouri will conduct a meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2015, at the
City Hall of Riverside,2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri 64150.
The tentative agenda of this meeting includes:
1. OPENING
2. ROLL CALL
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETINGS: November 19,2014
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. RESOLUTION 2015-001: A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Industrial
Development Refunding and Improvement Revenue Bonds ( Riverside Horizons
Infrastructure Project- City of Riverside, Missouri ) Series 2015, in an Aggregate
Principal Amount Not Exceeding$28,000,000,to Provide Funds to the City of Riverside,
Missouri; and Authorizing and Approving Certain Documents and Actions in Connection
with the Issuance of Said Bonds.
