Certain members of the City staff and possibly of the Board of Aldermen will meet in closed
session for an Economic Development Team Meeting pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (2)Leasing,
purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction
might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore. No voting will take place at this meeting.
