Board of Aldermen of City of Riverside, Missouri
August 12, 2003
A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, was held in the
City Hall, of Riverside, Missouri, on August 12, 2003 at 7:00 p.m
Those in attendance were Mayor Betty Burch, Aldermen Bums, Looker, Dazata, Legaard, Beard
and Flaws.
Also present was, David Blackburn, City Administrator.
Catherine Haskins, Catherine Haskins, Corporate Communications gave an update on marketing
Corporate Comm activities, progress report and choreography for the city in the next ten years.
Motion for Closed Alderman Looker moved that the meeting go into closed session, pursuant to
Session at 7:12 p.m RSMo 610.021(1) for discussion of Legal Issues and RSMo 610.021(2) Real
Estate Issues, seconded by Alderman Legaazd, and the vote was:
Aye: Alderman Beazd, Darata, Bums, Flaws, Looker and Legaazd.
Motion carries.
Motion for Open Alderman Flaws moved that the meeting go into open session, seconded by
Session at 8:18 p.m Alderman Burris, and the vote was:
Aye: Alderman Bums, Looker, Darata, Legaard, Beard and Flaws.
Motion Carries.
Adjournment By unanimous decision, the meeting adjourned at 8:48 p.m
