HomeMy WebLinkAbout2014-01-14 IDA Minutes MINUTES REGULAR MEETING THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI Tuesday, January 14, 2014 6:15 p.m. The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in regular session at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri. President Leland Finley called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. Answering roll call were Leland Finley, Harold Snoderley, Bernie Bruns, and Cy Houston. Also present: Sarah Wagner Community Development and Justin Leck, SFBB. Approval of Minutes from Cy Houston moved to approve the minutes from October 13, 2013. October 13, 2013 Bernie Bruns seconded and the motion passed 4-0. Resolution 2014-001: A Justin Leck with SFBB explained that the plat in question is reflecting Resolution approving and the right-of-way vacation of the previously proposed NW Domain Street authorizing execution of the and the shift of the lot lines. final plat of Riverside Horizons Industrial IV East Bernie Bruns moved to approve Resolution 2014-001: A Resolution approving and authorizing execution of the final plat of Riverside Horizons Industrial IV East, seconded by Harold Snoderley. Motion passed 4-0. Resolution 2014-002: A Justin Leck introduced Resolution 2014-002: A resolution authorizing the Resolution Authorizing the sale and transfer of certain property to the City of Riverside, Missouri; Sale and Transfer of Certain directing UMB Bank NA, to release such property from the Deed of Trust Property to the City of and security agreement; and authorizing other actions in connection Riverside, Missouri; Directing therewith. UMB Bank N.A, to Release such Property from the Deed Cy Houston moved to approve Resolution 2014-002. of Trust and Security Agreement; and Authorizing Harold Snoderley seconded and the motion passed 4-0.
