Notice of Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of
the City of Riverside, Missouri will conduct a meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2011, at
the City Hall of Riverside, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri 64150.
The tentative agenda of this meeting includes:
1. OPENING
2. ROLL CALL
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETINGS: September 19, 2011
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. RESOLUTION 2011-010: A Resolution Authorizing the Sale and Transfer of Certain
Property to the City of Riverside, Missouri; Directing UMB Bank, as Trustee, to Release
Such Property from the Deed of Trust; and Authorizing Other Actions in Connection
Therewith.
