Project Description
Premier Coach Services located at 3423 NW Tullison Road is a full-service motor coach
business wishing to expand its current ability for showing vehicles. Premier Coach is
wishing to achieve this expansion by renting a parking lot for"outdoor storage"located
at 4301 NW Tullison Road. The parking lot is currently being used by ESI (contractor
building Levee System) for offices and storage.
Staff has followed procedure for this request for a"Special Use Permit"by notification in
the paper and to property owners within 185' feet fifteen days prior to this public hearing.

description of the fence and a plot plan depicting it's location,within fourteen (14) days after
receipt of this notice.
It is important that you be aware that failure to initiate abatement this violation may result in
