The Board of Directors for Horizons Business Park Association, met in session in the Board of Aldermen
Conference room at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri.
Dale Longenecker called the meeting to order at 7:42 am. Those in attendance were Dr. Dale Longenecker,
Larissa Anderson, Brent Miles. Staci Bundy called into the meeting.
REAPPOINTMENT OF PRESIDENT
Brent Miles moved to re-nominate Dale Longnecker as President.
Larissa Anderson second.
Yes: Miles, Anderson, Bundy
Motion carried 3-0.
BUDGET AND ASESSMENT
The Board reviewed the current budget and year to date expenditures, which were under budget. Larissa discussed the work she had done with
NorthPoint's Greg Norris for NorthPoint to pick up additional mowing at the buidings to lower the cost of mowing for the BPA. Update and
discussion ensued on the shrubs and the fencing/screening of the sanitary sewer lift station.
BANK SIGNATURES
Larissa reminded everyone that the bank still needed a few signatures.
TAXES
The Board was briefed about the current issues with taxes and IRS status. The Board discussed the situation and discussed seeking a
second opinion on IRS classification of the BPA. Brent Miles offered to provide two firms that NorthPoint uses to assist in the discussion. The
Board voted to obtain assistance from another legal firm to assist in this matter

Abstain: Anderson
OTHER BUSINESS
Discussion on Horizons Parkway mowing and irrigation.
Dale Longnecker moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:27am.
Brent Miles second and the meeting was adjourned.
Yes: Bundy Miles, Longenecker and Anderson
Motion carried 4-0
