The Board of Directors for Horizons Business Park Association, met in session in the Board of Aldermen
Conference room at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri.
Pamela Darata called the quarterly meeting to order at 5:02pm. Those in attendance were Pamela Darata,
Don Steele, Dr. Dale Longenecker and Staci Bundy.
Also present were Finance Director Donna Oliver, Counsel to Horizon Business Park Association Shelby
Wood and Counsel to Horizons Business Park Association Joe Bednar joined by phone.
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-009
Dale Longenecker moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-009. Staci Bundy second.
Yes: Bundy, Steel, Darata and Longenecker
Motion carried 4-0
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-010
Staci Bundy moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-010. Don Steele second.
Yes: Bundy, Steel, Darata and Longenecker
Motion carried 4-0
Approve 09/15/16 Minutes
Dale Longenecker moved to approve minutes
Staci Bundy second.
