A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF
FLOORING FROM CAMPIONE INTERIOR SOLUTIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY
CENTER
WHEREAS, the City is currently rehabilitating the exercise space at the Community
Center, and it needs new flooring; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen determines that, pursuant to City Code Section
135.070.13, the purchase and installation of exercise flooring from Campione Interior Solutions
for the community center in accordance with its proposal (attached hereto and incorporated
herein) dated April 19, 2021 is in the best interest of the City because City staff has researched
the materials cost and determined that the proposed price is competitive, and furthermore the
installer has done previous work for the City and its work was of good quality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Board of Aldermen approves the proposal from Campione Interior Solutions
for the purchase and installation of flooring for the Community Center in the amount of
$23,570,00;and
FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, and other appropriate City
officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or
convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute and deliver
for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements, and other documents, as
may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri,the 18th day of May 2021.
