HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-2021-097 Purchase Large Format Printing System RESOLUTION NO. R-2021-097 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A LARGE FORMAT PRINTING SYSTEM. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Board, pursuant to City Code Section 135.070.B, finds that the purchase of the large format printing system, specifically the Canon Colorwave 3600 from All Copy Products in the amount of$21,020.00, in accordance with the attached quote, would be in the best interest of the City and the Board further approves such purchase; and FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or . convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements, and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.
