HomeMy WebLinkAbout2002-06-29 SpecialMinutes of Special Meeting of Board of Aldermen of City of Riverside, Missouri June 29, 2002 A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri was held in the City Hall of Riverside, Missouri on June 29, 2002 at 7:00 a.m. Those in attend ance were Mayor Betty Burch, Aldermen Burns, Beazd, Looker, Darata, Legaard, and Flaws. Also present were David Blackburn, City Administrator, City Attorney's office, John McClelland. Bill No. 2002-73 Alderman Beard moved to place Bill No. 2002-73 on its first reading, said Bill Adopting the fiscal Adopting the Fiscal Year 2002-2003 annual budget for the City of Riverside, year budget seconded by Alderman Burris, the vote was: Aye: Aldermen Burris, Flaws, Beard, Legaard, Dazata and Looker. Motion carries. Ordinance No. Alderman Legaard moved to place Bill No. 2002-73 on its second reading and 2002-73 Approved upon passage of same, become Ordinance No. 2002-73, seconded by Alderman Darata, the vote was: Aye: Aldermen Darata, Looker, Legaard, Flaws, Beard and Burris. Motion carries. Motion to Approve Alderman Beard moved to approve negotiations with property owners for negotiations with easements on the NW Gateway project, seconded by Alderman Flaws, the property owners for vote was: easements Aye: Aldermen Burris, Dazata, Legaazd, Looker, Flaws and Beard. Motion carries. Motion for Closed Alderman Beard moved that the meeting go into closed session, pursuant Session to RSMo 610.021(1) Legal Issues RSMo 610.021(2) Real Estate and 610.021, (3) Personnel Issues with the City Attorney, seconded by Alderman Flaws, the vote was: Aye: Aldermen Darata, Legaard, Looker, Flaws, Burns and Beard. Motion carries. Motion for Open Alderman Darata moved that the meeting go into open session, seconded by Alderman Bums, the vote was: Aye: Aldermen Beazd, Looker, Flaws, Legaard, Burns and Dazata.
