Aldermen during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding
agenda and non-taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes.

Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.
