R— 2021-127 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HORIZONS BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Board of Aldermen hereby approves the Horizons Business Park Assessment in the amount of$6,216.25, as indicated on the attached invoice, and authorizes payment of this assessment amount; and FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, the Finance Director, and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.
