A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HORIZONS BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Board of Aldermen hereby approves the Horizons Business Park Assessment
in the amount of$6,216.25, as indicated on the attached invoice, and authorizes payment of this
assessment amount; and
FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, the Finance Director, and other
appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed
necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute
and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other
documents, as may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.

Riverside Horizons Business Park Association was formed and first met on June 2, 2016. The Horizons Business Park
Association met again on October 13, 2021 and set the assessment for 2022 at$0.003 assessment per square foot
of property owned on the East side of Horizons Parkway. A copy of the assessed parcels is attached.The City of
Riverside owns parcels 11, 13, 14 and 15
